Ansel Adams: A Legacy

Lecture by Susan Todd-Raque at 5pm.

Please join us for the opening of Ansel Adams: A Legacy at the Booth Western Art Museum in Cartersville on Saturday, September 25, from 4 to 9 p.m. This exhibition showcases more than 100 of Adams’ most famous images, originally printed by the artist himself and given to The Friends of Photography to represent his legacy.

At 5pm, photo-historian and curator Susan Todd-Raque will present a keynote lecture on the life and career of Adams; focusing on his stirring portraiture, high resolution still lifes and transformative images of America’s wilderness.

Admission is $10 per person and includes complimentary beer, wine and hors d’oeuvres.

This event is a collaboration between ACP and the Booth Western Art Museum.
