Over a Century of Things Changing and Things Staying the Same
Norton Arts Center
Featuring work by: Hapeville Historical Society, Local Groups & Individuals

Exhibition: Sat, Oct 27, 1pm - 7pm

The Atlanta airport area, including the small town of Hapeville, as a transportation center for the Southeast began to take form in the early 1800s. First railroads and trains, then automobiles and highways, and then airports and planes. The opportunities as well as challenges for development, growth, and prosperity for this area are tied very closely to the advances and challenges in transportation.
