Exhibition: Mon, Oct 1 to Fri, Mar 29
Occupying the foyer of the Visual Arts Building at Kennesaw State University, video portraits of working-class individuals will be projected over vinyl cutouts that detail aspects of the urban environment in which they live. Blending graffiti, photography, film and installation, this timely, fictional, post-apocalyptic visual narrative will be visible to anyone walking in or near the building, collapsing the distinction between inside and outside, art and architecture, and gallery and public space.
Organized by the KSU Art Museum this project is supported by an NEA Art Works grant.
All KSU Art Museum events are free and open to the public. Closed on University and public holidays. Building hours may vary between regular academic semesters.
