ACP PhotoBook Fair
Decatur Book Festival
Featuring work by: Ain't-Bad Magazine, Daylight Books, Fall Line Press, Brady Robinson, Robert Shults

Exhibition: Sat, Aug 30, to Sun, Aug 31 2014

ACP is one of the first organizations to hold a photobook fair featuring self-published or indie-published photobooks. Now, for the second year in a row, we are proud to be a part of the largest independent book festival in the country – the Decatur Book Festival!

Photography Books (and zines!) are more popular than ever - and the fastest growing segment are those that are self published or indie-published. With an ever growing selection of ways to publish your own book, photographers are now able to realize projects that are meant to be seen in sequence, or that translate best in book form.

Come visit our booth and experience the Decatur Book Festival Labor Day weekend at historic Decatur square. Enjoy book signings, author readings, panel discussions, an interactive children's area, live music, parades, cooking demonstrations, poetry slams, writing workshops, and more.

Special Exhibitors at ACP’s booth include:
Fall Line Press (Atlanta based photobook publisher, bookstore and reading room)
Ain’t-Bad Magazine (Savannah based quarterly publication that supports new photographic art)
Brady Robinson (photographer published by Daylight Books with “Art Desks”)
Robert Shults (photographer published by Daylight Books with “The Superlative Light”)

Cemetery Visits

Jennifer Graham of White Rabbit Creative Photography has a passion for documenting cemeteries. The exhibit features traditional stones and statuary mixed with urban growth surrounding the dead. See the world as it was, is and how it’s changed in a few years or centuries.
