During the past two decades, Sistagraphy has produced or participated in over 56 exhibitions across the United States and abroad, encouraging lifelong learning and promotion of the photographic arts through interpretive theme based exhibitions, educational programs, and community outreach. “A Different Eye” features curated selections from Sistagraphy’s past and present members who have contributed their time and talent to the arts community through their creative lens. A first edition book of the same name will be launched to coincide with this 20 year retrospective exhibition. www.sistagraphy.org

Artists Reception: Sun, Oct 13, 5:30pm - 8pm

The Georgia Nature Photographers Association (GNPA), in partnership with the Chattahoochee Nature Center (CNC,) is pleased to present a juried exhibition of exceptional wildlife, landscape and macro images. These images represent a sample of the best work from among the more than 250 members of the GNPA. The CNC, located adjacent to the Chattahoochee River with gardens, trails, and wildlife displays, will host the exhibition and reception.
The GNPA is dedicated to helping nature photographers of all skill levels improve their photography, learn and grow, meet other outdoor photographers, participate in great trips and events, help others understand the value of the natural world, and give focus to a special area of interest in photography.
Every third Thursday of the month the GNPA holds its monthly meeting at the Mansour Center located in Marietta. Please join the GNPA on Thursday October 17th at 7:00 for the monthly meeting and the companion ACP event. See www.gnpa.org or the festival guide for more details on this companion event.
